"Dear Kim, 'thank you' is an understatement, we are so incredibly grateful 🙏 What lovely words from you; our children were wonderfully relaxed, which I think was also because they already knew you a bit. And there was a real click! Truly amazing how all three of them did. By the time we reached the castle after the official part, we noticed the energy was running a bit low, but that was really just due to the heat—nobody could help that!
You did such an amazing job, you were everywhere but always so subtle, so incredibly wonderful. Please keep doing what you do!
